So we finally went fishing. It was the perfect day, except for our little brody was quite emotional. He only got a little nap the way up to the lake and that was it. so i think that was why. The boy has got to have his naps ya know. Anyway a couple of days ago we went and bought brody his very own "Spider man" fishing pole, for learning how to go potty. (which is still going farely well) I don't think he was all into the waiting part of fishing. as soon as blake cast it out he wanted to reel it back in, lets just say there were a lot of tears involved.
It was so beautiful up there and the leaves had started to change, which is why i love fall. anyway, we wanted to go camping here so bad but the weather stopped us a couple of times and now it is starting to get so cold at night. But today was an eye opener for me about how it would be with Bently camping. He was a little pill, he wants to just crawl on the floor everywhere and be free, but of course up there you can't so i don't know how it would be roughing it in the wilderness with him. He was such a little stink. But anyway we can't wait to go again.
PS No fish were harmed during this outing, or CAUGHT.

i can just picture brody freaking out because daddy just threw the end of his pole into the water! i can't imagine addy being very patient with the fish either. of course she would probably freak out more if we actually pulled a fish out of the water.

How fun, and very cute pictures. We have a lot in common with 2 boys and both being days apart. Grady is so into that pill stage where he wants to get into everything. And we are right behind you on the potty training thing. Only ours isn't going quite as well as yours. Hopefully soon.
