7 months. wow

So 7 months ago today i was very anxious, nervous, excited and in a lot of pain. That night we were to go into the hospital at midnight. For those of you who know blake this was way past his bed time. My mom and dad were on their way down, so they could take care of Brody. I remember all of the feelings, will he be healthy, will he struggle. (just thinking about it gets me choked up, no comments Lin & Cap) He was delivered in 15 min. He had the cord around his neck, but thank heavens they were able to get it off.

He had to be in the nursery for a couple of days with iv's

and oxygen and then he had severe Jaundice (19.9) He was one point from sending him to St. George. He spent 5 days in seclusion trying to get his points down.Then he had to sleep in the Bili Bed, a suitcase with lights more like... AND NOW>>>>

He is a very energetic, happy, strong little boy. A part of our family puzzle that wouldn't be complete without him.

He is a great little buddy for Brody and already Brody is very protective of him. I know that they will be the best of friends. I love my little "monkey" and i look forward for all of the fun times to come!

Thinking back about bently's life, it just makes me marvel at the miracle of life. I can't believe that Bently is healthy and happy. I am so incredibly blessed. I have three wonderful little boys (blake still acts little) in my life. I can't wait for Disneyland, vacations, waterparks, fishing, camping, soccer, scouts, and all of the activities that comes with boys.
