Easter Bliss

Our easter was great!! On Saturday morning, I heard brody wake up and say, "oh my gosh the easter bunny left this" in a half whisper. Then he came in our room and said "mom look what I found!!" (an egg) I said wow and we went and got bently. Then we went in the living room and they found their loot.

After they played for a while we left to go to town. We went to Cal Ranch and saw the chicks. that was all that was left everything else was sold. crazy huh.

Then we went to Home Depo,

and then Walmart .

When we were standing in line waiting to check out... Bently started fussing so blake put him down and i am not kidding you he took off. First let me explain something, bently has this thing for stuffed animals. Ever since he was really little, so wouldn't you know he was booking it for this giant stuffed animal. Yep The Easter Bunny!! It was so cute. he was saying "hi hi bla bla" And giggling. I bet everyone thought i was crazy for taking pictures. But it was so random and so cute!

So after that we headed home. For some reason or another on Friday brody had this high high fever. so he was kind of still on the outs, so after all the festivities we came home and both bent and brody slept. It was such a great day. not the weather so much but the kids had fun and it was just really great family time. On Sunday I went to nursery alone and the boys stayed with blake at home. then we went for a ride took a couple of naps and played outside. We missed family events, tayson's bday and seeing everyone. But really it was so nice to play low key and be together. When a holiday is focused on something so special and meaningful it is nice to reflect and be together. We missed everyone and hope you all had a great easter.
